Returns & Exchanges
All creations listed in this store are crafted in small batches or made on order.
Because of this:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges
• We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. We’ll assist you with a resolution as per our damage policy.

Refunds
Since every item is individually crafted and often custom-made, refunds are not provided.
Refunds may only be issued if:

• The order is cancelled by us due to availability

• The product is proven defective upon arrival (with valid evidence)

• Wrong item shipped (rare cases)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping & Dispatch
Each creation takes time and care. Please note:

• Orders are typically dispatched within the timeline mentioned on the product page

• Dispatch timelines vary by product (usually 3–10 business days)

• Shipping timelines depend on your location and courier partner

• Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped

During festival seasons or high-volume periods, slight delays may occur — thank you for your patience.

Custom Orders
If you are ordering a customized piece:

• Processing time may be longer

• Once work has started, cancellations or refunds are not possible

• Any changes to the custom request must be communicated before production begins
