Our name is inspired by the Chiblu—a small, hand-woven bamboo basket from Karnataka used to steam idlis. Unlike a modern steel steamer, the chiblu is not just a container; it's an active ingredient. It allows the idli to breathe, infusing it with a soft texture, an earthy aroma, and a distinct character that no machine can replicate.
