Giving you a peek into my work, what looks like a simple flower,placemat or other home decor actually involves hours of careful looping and knotting to ensure the beauty and quality of the final product. These are limited batches so please make sure to grab yours by booking it in advance .

Returns & Exchanges
All creations listed in this store are crafted in small batches or made on order.
Because of this:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges
• We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. We’ll assist you with a resolution as per our damage policy.

Refunds
Since every item is individually crafted and often custom-made, refunds are not provided.
Refunds may only be issued if:

• The order is cancelled by us due to availability

• The product is proven defective upon arrival (with valid evidence)

• Wrong item shipped (rare cases)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If you are ordering a customized piece:

• Once work has started, cancellations or refunds are not possible
